ICCF-US 2019-4 Rating List Top 50 and Updated Titles List

Using the 2019/4 ICCF ELO Rating List, in effect for the period from October 1, 2019 until December 31, 2019, Bob Rizzo, ICCF-US Titles Officer has compiled the latest ICCF-US Top 50 Rated Active Players list and updated the Titles list as well.

For 2019-4 we have 1 new Addition from the 2019-3 list.
