ICCF-US 2019-3 Rating List Top 50 and Updated
Titles List
Using the 2019/3 ICCF ELO Rating List, in
effect for the period from July 1, 2019 until September 30, 2019, Bob
Rizzo, ICCF-US Titles Officer has compiled the latest ICCF-US Top 50 Rated
Active Players list and updated the Titles list as well.
For 2019-3 we have 3 new Additions from
the 2019-2 list.
