ICCF-US 2018-4 Rating List Top 50 and Updated
Titles List
Using the 2018/4 ICCF ELO Rating List, in
effect for the period from October 1, 2018 until December 31, 2018, Bob
Rizzo, ICCF-US Titles Officer has compiled the latest ICCF-US Top 50 Rated
Active Players list and updated the Titles list as well.
For 2018-4 we have 3 new Additions from
the 2018-3 list.
