ICCF-US has begun play in a 91-board (!) Friendly Match against a team from Italy. This match offered virtually any interested USA player a chance to play in a Friendly Match. I am pleased to say that many new players decided to get involved. Although the pairings made by the Italians seem to stack the deck in their favor, this is also the USA Team's opportunity to even the score from our 2010 Match. Our first board board is being played by GM Daniel Fleetwood against GM Claudio Cesetti. Alex Relyea is the USA Team Captain for this match.
