ICCF-US 2020-1 Rating List Top 50 and Updated Titles List

Using the 2020-1 ICCF ELO Rating List, in effect for the period from January 1, 2020 until March 31, 2019, Bob Rizzo, ICCF-US Titles Officer has compiled the latest ICCF-US Top 50 Rated Active Players list and updated the Titles list as well.

For 2020-1 we have 4 additions from the 2019-4 list.
